Many people were impressed with the "Huawei P10," however, not everyone can afford it. Smartphone enthusiasts were hoping that the company would release another one that would have specs comparable to the "P10" but with a cheaper price tag. Shortly after the "P10's" release, Huawei answered a lot of their followers' prayers by releasing a mid-range phone with great specs.

During the phone's announcement during this year's Mobile World Congress, the "P10" got very good reviews, and critics praised it because of its very impressive build quality. But it carries a hefty price tag, and because it costs around £549 for the "P10" and £649 for the "P10 Plus" (roughly $700 and $830 respectively), many can only dream of owning one.

When the "Huawei P10" lite was announced, a lot of people got excited, because it has a much cheaper price tag of £299 ($383). According to Android Authority, although this mid-range phone does not have the high-end model's dual camera, it has similar internal specs, which makes it a perfect alternative.

The cheaper version is powered by Kirin 658 SoC built on 16nm FinFET, Phone Arena said. It has a Full HD (1920x1080) screen resolution with a 5.2-inch screen. Similar to the high-end model, the "Huawei P10 lite" runs on Android 7.0 w/ EMUI 5.1.

The phone has two types of, depending on the model and region. One version is the 32 GB witha a 3 GB of RAM, and another one is the 32 GB version with 4 GB of RAM. It has a microSD slot expandable up to 256 GB. Front camera is 8-megapixels, and 12-megapixels for the rear.

If you're after the fingerprint scanner feature, the "Huawei P10 lite" has that, too. Additionally, the battery is a non-removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery, which many phone experts have praised. With the specs and features mentioned here, many agree that the "Huawei P10" is every mid-range owner's dream.
