It looks like "Street Fighter's" Akuma is not the only guest character that will make an appearance in "Tekken 7." The game's publisher Bandai Namco announced that there will be two more non-Tekken characters joining the game when its DLC arrives.

According to a report from GameRant, the publisher's press release didn't reveal who the two non-Tekken characters will be. But Bandai Namco did provide some outline of the content that players can expect when the DLC arrives.

The report said that the first batch of DLC for "Tekken 7" will be giving players more than 50 new costumes to have a different appearance for the game's characters. It will also include a new game mode, which Bandai Namco also didn't identify.

As for the two non-Tekken characters, EventHubs reported that the publisher has taken them from video games. It wasn't also stated if the characters will be taken from Bandai Namco's other video game titles or if they have deals with other publishers, similar to the one they have that allowed them to include Akuma.

The first DLC is scheduled to be released in Winter of 2017, which also include the first non-Tekken character. The second DLC will include the second non-Tekken character and is scheduled for Spring of 2018.

Players have the option to purchase the DLC individually or acquire it as a bundle. For those opting to purchase it as a bundle, they would need to be a season pass holder first. GameRant said that players who avail of the season pass will also be getting 35 exclusive metallic costumes.

And finally, Bandai Namco will also be providing a free update to "Tekken 7's" character panel, where players can customize the image display for their character. The free update will be available on all platforms and it will happen in the future.

"Tekken 7" is expected to launch on June 2, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Check out the extended trailer for the game in the video below.
