"KONOSUBA" or "God's blessing on this wonderful world!" have brought us another rib-tickling chapter with its brand new episode. Episode 8 titled "Sightseeing in this Pitiful City!" went live last Wednesday which continued exactly where the previous episode went off. The show makers never failed to extract comic situations from the most bizarre things which gave the series its uniqueness.

According to Manga Tokyo, the latest episode kicked-off with Darkness being targeted by huge ostrich-like monsters as they are drawn by her tough armor. Being an extreme masochist, Darkness stood in the way of the rampaging monsters. However, with the last moment of impact, the monsters jumped over her which resulted with Darkness getting more excited as she misinterpret it as a tease play.

To minimize the trouble for the caravan and its people, Kazuma devised a plan to take out all the monsters at once with using Darkness as bait. They attached Darkness at the back of the cart dragging her while Aqua constantly healed her. They lured the monsters into a cave where Megumin finished the job with a huge explosion magic.

After the battle, each member of the party received much praise from the leader of the caravan where he even offered them a reward money for their efforts. Kazuma being eaten by his guilt that they are the ones who held responsible at the first place, refused the reward. The staff did a good job in that regard on making the scene so comic which doubled the effect when they repeated the scenario but with Aqua being the trouble magnet.

Finally, they arrived at the city of water and hot springs called Aracanretia which is also the home of the Axis Cult and devoted followers of Aqua. Ever since they left with their wagon, they are flocked by numerous cultist trying very hard to recruit them as reported by Anime News Network. Meanwhile, Aqua head off to the Axis church headquarters saying that she will have fun with her followers.

It still remains a mystery on why the Aqua's Axis Church and Eris and her order is not on good terms especially the Goddesses they represent. Hopefully, the show makers will provide some information in the next episode of "KONOSUBA".
