Shortly before Meghan Markle's romance with Prince Harry broke out, the "Suits" cast member sat down for an interview at the Create & Cultivate conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Recently, footage from the event made its way online where the 35-year-old talks about her life as a humanitarian and a struggling actress before hitting it big in Hollywood.

In the video, which Entertainment Tonight was able to exclusively got a hold of, Markle was very candid during her conversation with Create & Cultivate founder Jaclyn Johnson. At one point, she even revealed that she just got back from London for a visit which now makes sense given at that time, the actress and Prince Harry are presumably already quietly going out. Noticeably, she was also sporting the matching bracelet that she shares with the British Prince.

During the interview, Markle opened up about what keeps her motivated to relentlessly follow through with the advocacies she supports. "I think being able to give back and do any sort of humanitarian work will make your life feel a lot more balanced, because you realize where your priorities should be." The United Nations Women's advocate who is involved in various charities share the same causes with Prince Harry and his late mom, Princess Diana, including gender equality campaigns and other ones promoted by World Vision.

Successful as she is in her career now as an actress and even as a blogger, with her lifestyle website, The Tig, Markle revealed that it was not always great. Before landing her role as law student role in USA Network's "Suits," she had to go through some tough times including that time when she had to use her broken car for months because she could not afford to have it fixed. But she did not her predicament discourage her.  Instead, she kept on forging for months going from one audition to another until she booked an acting gig.
