Nusret Gokce, a.k.a Salt Bae, took the world by storm when Instagram posts about him cooking meat went viral. But what sets him apart is his super sensual salting technique, thus the name, which made him so popular and even resulted to lots of memes on the Internet. However, are his restaurants as good as his salting skills?

Salt Bae's trademark salting move, which is bending his elbow and flexing his muscles as he sprinkles salt on the meat, made him the man that he is today. But according to the Daily Mail, he's already a well-known restaurateur and he owns multiple steakhouses in Abu Dhabi and in his native country, Turkey.

CNN reported that the hunky Turkish chef is known to work for an 18-hour shift per day. He's really a dedicated chef that inspects and carves each piece of meat coming from slaughterhouses.

One of his signature dishes includes the beef sushi which is cooked in front of the diners with a blowtorch. The end result of the dish is a perfect combination of a warm, soft meat that goes along with the crisp fried shavings and a taste of Japanese sushi fillings. It's full of explosive flavors that will leave diners satisfied.

Another one of his signature dishes is the steak spaghetti. This dish is also made in front of the diners by flash-grilling steak that is cut into a spaghetti-like shape, long and thin. Each portion of meat is wrapped around a fork individually by the servers.
