It seems that the legal troubles of Abby Lee Miller are catching up to her, and some of the mothers in "Dance Moms" are commenting that she might be on the verge of a breakdown. Despite her team of lawyers rallying to plea that she should not spend time in jail, that may be the case when she finds out her sentence on February 24.

E! News reports though that despite her legal troubles, Abby Lee Miller is determined to win in their next competitions. Daily Mail reports that the Abby Lee Miller Dance Company is in Pittsburgh and preparing for the Nationals. But in the preview for the next episode of "Dance Moms", Miller can be seen on the verge of tears saying that it was the last time that she would see her Pittsburgh studio.

Her legal troubles began in 2014 when she was charged with assault by one of the mothers in the show. Then in 2015, she was indicted for fraud for having a secret bank account while declaring that she was bankrupt. Should Abby Lee Miller be found guilty, she could face up to five years in prison.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that in the latest episode of "Dance Moms," a new dancer, Jane, shows up with the intent of joining the group. Jane's mother becomes competitive and claims that Jane is better than Brynn, which makes Brynn's mother angry, causing her to yell at Nancy and Abby.

The girls did very well in the Dream Dance Competition. Brynn wins third place in her solo performance, and Lilly even wins first place. The group dance also does very well, and they get the highest score. But despite this, Jane is not invited back to the studio as Abby claims that Jane did not do anything new for the team, despite the other moms thinking otherwise.
