Kylie Jenner might be in big trouble. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star might face legal charges from a rival makeup artist who alleges her for stealing her concept and copying her photos, using it on Kylie Cosmetics' advertising campaign.

According to IBT, Kylie's rival makeup artist Vlada Haggerty and her photographer are threatening to file legal charges to the reality star for ripping off her photo concept in an advertisement for Kylie Cosmetics' holiday collection. Haggerty has been running an Instagram account with posts' concepts merely about women and makeup. The makeup artist happened to see a photo from Kylie Cosmetics, which looked familiar, recently posted on the social media platform.

The controversial photo was an image of a woman's lips in matte red lipstick, with the woman's hands crossed over her eyes, covered in gold powder. Vlada knew the image all too well, for she posted almost the same image on September, the only difference is that her model was wearing a glossy red lipstick. People following Kylie Cosmetics on Instagram who have seen both Vlada and their post have left negative comments on the "Keeping Up With the Kardahians'" cosmetic line, saying that it was a 'cheap copy,' while others commented with snake emojis.

Meanwhile, as reported by the Daily Mail, it was not the first time that the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star's cosmetics line faced the same speculation. In December last year, Vlada saw a post from Kylie Cosmetics on Instagram promoting its metallic lip kits' debut. The makeup artist was thrilled to see her photo being used by the famous cosmetics line, but to her surprise, no credit was given to her on the post. As of the moment, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star has not answered any of the allegations yet.
