Virgin America Airline's newest executive is a little hairy. The world's cutest dog, Boo, is now a spokesperson, or spokesdog for the airline.

Boo has teamed up with Virgin America as the airline's Official Pet Liaison. The airline announced Boo as their ambassador through their Facebook page.

Such an announcement wouldn't be complete without photos of the adorable Pomeranian. The airline posted several photos of Boo on Wednesday as he had a photoshoot with his pal Buddy on board one of the airline's planes at San Francisco International Airport.

Boo seems to be excited about the new position. "Virgin America asked me to be their pet liason! Such an honor to bestow upon just a little pup with big hair. I think this is the closest that Buddy and I will ever get to having wings :)," Boo said on his Facebook page.

Introducing Boo as a Pet Liason is Virgin America's way of promoting the fact that they're a pet-friendly airline.

"As a pet-friendly airline we want our guests -- those on two legs and those on four -- to have as comfortable and enjoyable experience as possible on Virgin America," Virgin America spokeswoman Abby Lunardini told the Huffington Post.

The airline will make use of Boo by having him release information about pet-friendly travel in the future. Virgin America accepts dogs and cats in the Main Cabin of their aircrafts. They do not let pets get put with checked baggage, but they are allowed to be carried on.

Each animal must be in a kennel and there is only one pet allowed for each purchased seat. The weight of the kennel with the pet inside must not exceed 20 pounds, so Boo is a great choice as the airline's pet liaison as he doesn't even come close to the weight limit. The airline also requires that puppies or kittens that are flying must be at least eight weeks old.

The airline charges a $100.00 fee per segment to the price of a reservation for the transportation of each pet and a pet counts towards a guest's carry-on luggage.
