Top 1: St. Patty's Day, Savannah 

Though Dublin is the usual place which comes to mind when St. Patrick's Day festivities are mentioned, there is another place for celebrating St. Patrick's Day.

Another option is heading down to Savannah to celebrate with 300,000 other revelers in the city. Parties on River Street start every March 14th, but St. Patrick's Day is celebrated on the 17th. Amongst the things San Francisco is famous for include the Pride Paradesourdough bread, and the Bay to Breakers. Many may not be familiar with this revelry set for the 18th of May, but this is considered San Francisco's biggest party, and surprisingly, it has been around since 1912.

Attendees will be required to run about 7 miles. Though running this far in this summer festival may not sound so enticing, the Bay to Breakers' 'costumed participants party ' before, during, and after the race are certainly a sight to behold.

Top 3: Electric Forest Festival, Michigan

If you're in the mood for EDM, insane lights, and neon dance offs, then the well-lit forest of the Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury, Michigan is for you. The celebration occurs yearly from June 26th to 29th. This summer festival has very convenient price packages and an insanely cool lineup, making it great for budget-conscious revelers who want some unique fun.

 

Top 4: Burning Man, Black Rock Desert

The Burning Man festival is famous for revelers looking to bring art and installation to the Black Rock desert. This amazing summer festival begins on August 24th. Because of the high-popularity of this festival, tickets sold out in just 45 minutes. If you're lucky though, you can still fight for one of the 1,000 tickets  sold at the end of July.
