The call for bringing the sauce back started when Rick revealed on that streamed episode that he still need to wait for nine more seasons in order to finally bring back the most amazing sauce once more. This was the speech given by Rick Sanchez during the episode's ending, Independent reported.

Rick was definitely dying to bring back that McNugget dipping sauce and such line also triggered fans to make a petition to McDonald. One of the fan's petition has reached about 20,000 signatures while on the other hand, McDonald also teased fans in return by posting "McNugga Lubba Dub Dub."

As per USA Today, the McDonald team simply just couldn't say no to their customers. According to the fast food chain spokesperson, they can never say never whenever their customers speak. As such, they would always try to listen to their request. The McDonald's chef Mike Haracz also added that they will see what they can do in order to bring it back.

Further, Szechuan sauce really became the hot topics of Twitter this week. The chef from McDonald also hopes that they can bring back the sauce in time for the Disney to release of the "Mulan" live-action remake. Terri Kickey, McDonald's spokesperson also added that the sauce might be really good since it is all worth waiting for nine seasons or even 97 years.
