This March is a time of celebration for the Super Cell and its fans as the hit multiplayer game "Clash Royale" is celebrating its first anniversary. It's been a while since the game received some huge updates which the last one was in December. With a month-long celebration, the game developer is planning to release an amazing update which includes new cards and many other freebies.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, the update was supposed to be released on the exact anniversary of the game which is March 2. However, some trouble came up and the team didn't make for the March 2 release. Instead, Super Cell promised a grander update in the days to come and meanwhile, the players will be given an assortment of offers and special features throughout the month.

As we all know, new cards will be a part of the new update although there is no information on how many or what will be introduced in the future. Aside from the new set of cards, the update will also include bug fixes and balancing changes which will probably include the double-damage dealing Executioner card as reported by Korea Portal. The newly introduced card costs 5 elixirs making it a popular alternative to Witch and Wizard.

The official forum for the game is now brimming with both true and false information regarding the update but a Main Community Moderator named Tim sneakily teased player of what to expect. Tim posted two separated picture hyperlinked stealthily within his posts. The picture revealed a game button that says 'Team Battle' which he hinted to be somewhat similar to the Clan Wars in "Clash of Clan".

Other feature to watch out for is if there will be other game mode that will be introduced to break the ice of constant clashing with other players. There are no official confirmation regarding the update so players are advised from taking in false information and fake leaks.
