"American Horror" Story season 7 was already announced to not focus on the controversial election between recent candidates Hilary Clinton and now president Donald Trump.

According to Slash Film, this news has been revealed last month by the series creator, Ryan Murphy. Though the upcoming installment is indeed an election-themed plot, it will not be inspired by the abovementioned presidential candidates. In an interview with Andy Cohen at "Watch What Happens Live," Murphy revealed that he does not have a title for season 7 yet.

Meanwhile, the 51-year-old screenwriter explained that the new season, which they started filming last June, is going to be about the election that everyone experienced. He believes that it will be an interesting story for those citizens who participated in last year's election.

Murphy previously told the audience during Publicist Guild Awards that, "You will not see [Donald] Trump and [Hillary] Clinton as characters on the show." But this is not the case when Cohen followed up a question on whether Clinton or Trump's characters will be featured on "American Horror Story" season 7. Murphy answered, "Maybe." He said after that he may have been too carried away and drank too many martinis in the set, Indie Wire reported.

On a brighter note, Murphy explained that he does not intend to do the story in a single-minded point of view. He is set to express all sides of the equation. Fans will soon find out how things will go once season 7 arrives.

Also, he aims to put more attention on people who do not have a voice in their culture. This includes people who are ignored, terrorized and helpless from the current administration. As expected, many are wondering how he can turn last year's election into a one must watch season.

More updates will be revealed about "American Horror Story" season 7 once details are available. Stay tuned for details.
