Matt Damon may have had the box office film "The Great Wall" but it was not easy to achieve that. From the biggest to the simplest factor was a struggle. Just like the experience Damon had with his hairstyle in the film.

This hilarious issue has been reaching the headlines and left people to wonder how it happened. When he explained about the experience, it turned out quite disgusting. The 46-year-old actor said that 700 extensions were placed on his head. It took 12 hours for them to do it but when they cut them, it looks like a rat can live in it. He was dissatisfied with the outcome but has to do the process for the perfection of the film.

One cannot deny that this fact was definitely gross. According to Cinema Blend, Damon shared that his hairstyle is one of the grossest process ever. Though it was traumatic, the actor cannot help but share it with his fans.

"The Martian" star was known for his short trimmed hair. That is why many are wondering how he allowed this new hairstyle to be donned by him. The worst part is that there is a living organism inside his man bun. It is something people surely do not want to know what it is.

On the other hand, his co-star Pedro Pascal was donning a much shorter hairstyle. This means that Damon's new trend was not really required. In the end, no one knows what behind this entire story but only one thing is for sure - say no to 700 extensions.

Vanity Fair reported that these two pals will be together again in the upcoming Oscars 2017 as Matt Damon has been nominated. Chinese audiences have been enjoying "The Great Wall" since December 2016. It will formally hit theaters on Feb. 17, 2017.
