Beyoncé surprised her fans yet again, as she pulled off a pregnancy announcement that shocked everyone. The superstar - amid her busy schedule - manages to find new ways to find new and surprising ways to amaze her countless fans.

According to The Washington Post, Beyoncé announced she's having twins in an Instagram post with flower-filled, belly-revealing portrait. The post says: "We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes."

The megastar made the announcement on Wednesday, but before the world knew about it, she was able to hide the news very well. Some reports say she was spotted coming to the White House in early January for the Obamas celebrity-filled goodbye party, but nobody suspected she's already expecting.

Beyoncé is famously averse to interviews, The New York Times reported, and she rarely discusses her personal life, but her marriage was put on the spotlight last year when her album and HBO film "Lemonade" was released. The songs' lyrics talked about being heartbroken and forgiving, and some say these were autobiographical, but Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z did not confirm this.

Her first pregnancy announcement was shocking too. Who could forget that MTV Video Music Awards announcement she made in 2011, where after singing "Love on Top" - and a microphone drop - she knowingly rubbed her slightly rounded belly. Blue Ivy Carter, was born on January the year after.

Beyoncé is set to perform at this year's Grammy Awards, where she is nominated for nine awards including Album of the Year for her visual album "Lemonade." Some sources say that she made her second pregnancy announcement before Grammy fittings and rehearsals, as she knew it would get out, and she could not repeat the same way she made her 2011 announcement.
