Sonequa Martin-Green who stars as Sasha in "The Walking Dead" is going to be the first female African-American to lead a "Star Trek" movie or show. This is such a big feat, but this could also mean that she will be saying goodbye to the famous zombie horror TV series.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the series has a history of killing off actors soon after news gets out that they are accepting a different acting role. So fans are scare that this Sasha might be killed off, too. When asked about the future of her character in "The Walking Dead," Martin-Green said she can't say anything, but she added that "the story is as impactful and powerful and dynamic as it always has been, and there's nothing to worry about where that's concerned."

Showrunner Scott Gimple gave an optimistic response, though, and said that Martin-Green can "do anything," Huffington Post reported. Gimple said that he would be willing to juggle for Martin-Green's "Star Trek" role.

All these comments are very vague, which makes fans even more scared that Season 7 will really be the end of Sasha. Some have already spread rumors that Sasha will due in the second half of Season 7. What's even more heartbreaking is that Abraham just gave Sasha a peace sign before his death during the Season premiere!

The second half of "The Walking Dead" Season 7 is set to air on February 12 at 9/8c on AMC. Meanwhile, the coming confrontation between the Grimes Gang and the evil Saviors will definitely show some serious blood fight - which is not surprising, given that "The Walking Dead" is known for bloodshed. Here are other characters that are reported to not make it to Season 8: Carl (Chandler Riggs), Carol (Melissa McBride), Daryl (Norman Reedus), and Dwight (Austin Amelio).
