On Thursday, an Ohio woman has been arrested by police after she streamed a video of her 2-year old son stuck to the wall with some packing tape on Facebook live. In the video the young toddler's arms and head are taped to the wall and he can be heard sobbing through the tape over on his mouth.

The suspect has been identified as 18-year old Shayla Rudolph, a native of Reynoldsburgh, Ohio. The young mother can be heard saying "Parents don't need to whoop the kids. All you gotta do is tape them to the wall." She has been charged with abducting the boy and is currently in police custody.

The video first surfaced online on January 1 and she was contacted by Franklin County Children's Services shortly after. In a report by Fox News, Rudolph claimed that the video was just a joke. Authorities, however, did not find anything funny about the video. They saw the video on Wednesday morning and immediately proceeded to arrest the woman the next day at her home.

At one point in the video, it looked as if she was practically calling on Child Services to take her son away saying "They can go head and take 'em", which is exactly what they did. Rudolph also posted another video prior to her arrest claiming she could punish her son as she deemed fit, and to make matters worse, she even hung her boy upside down while filming it.

According to The Guardian, a viewer had alerted local news station WSYX to the video and immediately sent a reporter to the suspect's home. Rudolph's arrest marks the second time this month of someone posting a high profile crime on Facebook Live. Earlier this month, four people were arrested and charged with kidnapping, battery and hate crimes in Chicago after a video of them physically and verbally abusing a person with disabilities surfaced on Facebook Live.
