Fans were pleased when the first trailer of the "Attack on Titan" Season 2 was released leaving interesting teasers for the much-anticipated sequel. The anime kicked-off in 2013 and since then, fans had been waiting for a sequel. Finally, the release date was revealed along with a trailer.

"Attack on Titan" Season 2 will premiere on April 2017. To fuel the fan's excitement, Kodansha Comics teamed up with Funimation to debut its first trailer. Twitter user @LilyrRZ shared what appears to be an altered trailer.

It begins with a familiar scene wherein a group of Titans are on their way to destroy the humans. As usual, the military are giving its best to defeat the Titans. Seen in the scene are Eren, Mikasa and Armin who are using their gears to kill the giants.

The clip also features Mikasa sitting beside Eren. Both of them were dressed in white but Eren has bandages wrapped around his forehead. It appears like a scene which continues the finale of season 1 based on the injuries of Eren, according to Comic Book.

Also seen in the trailer are Titans who are moving at an alarming speed. The Armored and the Colossal Titan are also seen while Eren was featured fighting with an Abnormal Titan. New Titans are also being introduced in the trailer. This includes a gargantuan and furry Titan which was seen preparing to attack a Survey Corps member who is riding his horse. There is also a small Titan which was trying to devour from another group of Titans.

"Attack On Titan" follows a boy named Eren Yeager who lives in a world which is being infiltrated by Titans who devour humans. His hatred forthe blood-thirsty monsters began when he saw his mother being eaten by a Titan. From then on, he promised himself to kill the Titans. He joins the military with his friends Mikasa and Armin. Later on, it was discovered that Eren can transform into a Titan.
