As expected from an epic saga about the battle in the limitless galaxy, 'Star Wars' has numerous characters. As seen in the latest sequel 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens', there are plenty of characters about that are being portrayed by familiar celebrities from other popular franchise. Some of them may be obvious while others were hidden but, one way or another, these personalities were included in the movie cast. If you haven't watched the movie, take heed for the following may contain spoilers.

Thomas Brodie Sangster is popular due to his key roles in 'Game of Thrones' as Jojen Reed, 'Phineas and Ferb' as Ferb, 'The Maze Runner' as Newt, 'Doctor Who' as Tim Latimer. Now, he plays as a First Order Officer commanding ships and storm troopers in 'The Force Awakens.'

Jessica Henwick is another character from 'Game of Thrones', where she plays Nymeria Sand, to play a role in the seventh Star Wars film. She plays a Resistance pilot flying the X-wing Starfighter by the name of Jess Testor.

Billie Lourd is the daughter of Carrie Fisher, the actress who portrayed Princess Leia Organa. In 'The Force Awakens', Billie is featured as a Resistance member. Plus, she sports the same hair bun her mother's character had in the fourth, fifth, and sixth Star Wars films.

Simon Pegg is an actor, writer and comedian from England best known for his role as Benji Dunn in Mission Impossible. He also co-written and played main roles in the '3 Flavours Cornetto trilogy' films: Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World's End. In the seventh Star Wars film, he is the man behind the alien boss of the scavengers Unkar Plutt.

Daniel Craig is quite popular as the most recent James Bond in 4 of the British spy films. Speculations of him playing a character in the latest Star Wars film arose when he was seen in the movie's set and after Simon Pegg implied in one of his interviews that Craig did have a role. It would be difficult to recognize him because he was a Stormtrooper but it's still a crucial role because this certain trooper interacted with the film's main character Rey briefly.
