Zayn Malik is not at all threatened by a girl claiming that he had slept with her while One Direction was still touring Thailand. In fact, he is willing to forget these scandalous events and instead focus on planning his wedding with Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards and preparing for his solo debut.

According to Hollywood Life, it seems that Malik and Edwards have not broken up amid the cheating scandal and they are now more eager to strengthen their romantic bond by tying the knot.

The young couple was spotted boarding a private jet with Malik's family, leading many of their fans wondering if they are headed to the destination of their supposed to be secret wedding.

On March 31, Malik, 22, and Edwards, 21, were photographed leaving London on a private jet with the ex One Direction member's family. This instantly fuelled wedding rumors.

Insiders are claiming that Zayn has decided to give his fiancee the assurance that she's the only one for him by walking the aisle sooner than they expected.

"Zayn is going to get married sooner rather than later because he's scared and lonely," one insider gushed.

Another source added that Malik has agreed to marry Edwards right away so he can "make things right" with her.

The wedding rumors came just hours after it was revealed that Malik is apparently preparing for his solo debut despite saying that he wants to live a normal life post-split from his band.

Fans of the British boy band quickly took to social media to slam Malik for leaving his bandmates. Many complained that Malik was not honest in his true intentions of exiting the group.

A snippet of Malik's first single after his departure was recently leaked but has since been removed.

One Direction member Louis Tomlinson even slammed Malik's producer Naughty Boy for leaking the demo online at a time when fans are still mourning the exit of one of the band's members, according to the BBC
