Previously, Harvey dropped the bomb about his relationship with Donna. The trust and mutual respect between them became questionable after which. Given Harvey's track record with women, it's not going to be surprising if another bomb drops in the finale episode. Rachel will get involved since she is working as an associate for Harvey. In the sneak peek for the finale episode, Donna will be confronting Harvey as she is still very confused after last week's episode. Louis will tell Donna how lucky Harvey is to have her but Donna will feel uneasy about the love triangle. Elsewhere, Cahill is expected to make another guest appearance. Show executive producer Aaron Korsh recently opened up to TV Line about what's to come for the series. "Well, I will say I don't view it as Harvey's confession. Different people are viewing it in different ways. There was a moment they might have slept together. They had a moment in there. Nothing happened. Donna says, 'Why?' Harvey says, 'You know why,' meaning he doesn't want to take it to that other level. Harvey was jealous of Stephen, and he said, 'Just because I don't want a relationship with you doesn't mean I can't be jealous of another guy with you.' So Harvey wasn't confessing his deep-seeded love to Donna, in my opinion," he said.

The official synopsis of the finale episode of Suits season 4 reads: "When SEC investigator Sean Cahill fails to link his corrupt boss Eric Woodall and corporate raider Charles Forstman, Harvey must revisit his own uncomfortable past in order to find a way to put them away for good. Mike and Rachel confront the fact that, while Rachel is Harvey's associate, Mike is his guy. And Donna helps Louis with an unexpected crisis."
