Big festivals may be headliners, but sometimes the event that's perfect for you might be found in the smaller ones this weekend. It's more intimate, interactive, and immersive to begin with. It was never about the size that matters, but how the fest has made an impact on you that counts.

Here are the top five boutique festivals you should show up.

We Are Fstvl, Upminster, Greater London (May 26-28). We Are Fstvl happens to have lots of pop-up bars, tents, and activities for guests to enjoy. Brainchild, East Sussex (July 7-9). From visual arts to film, music, and theater, expect an immersive boutique festival, especially when Brainchild holds loads of workshops and seminars for young and old minds. According to The Guardian, the festival is much as it a "promotes a DIY philosophy." Every year, it connects to the different art scene in the country, and about 300 of them heard the call.

Festival No 6, Portmeirion (Sep. 7-10). And even GQ Magazine said that the festival is quite immersive from theater and food from Michelin-starred chefs, making it the "festival experience of the summer." There will be an exceptional line-up of the UK's best comedy, creative workshops, and craftsmanship, and hot tubs and wood-fired saunas to choose from as well.
