The Trump SoHo New York has unveiled a Presidential Penthouse at a listing price of $50 million, according to a press release. The condominium is a 46-story ultra-luxury hotel developed by The Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group.

The building encompasses over 10,000 square feet of customizable space on the top two floors of the hotel. It has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the city's skyline, a view that includes the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Hudson River, Brooklyn Bridge and the Freedom Tower.
