Actor Ian Ziering who played Steve Sanders in the iconic 90s teen soap, "Beverly Hills, 90210" has decided to bare all as a guest headliner with the Chippendales in Las Vegas this weekend.

Chippendales is popular male show where men dance scantily clad for a mostly female audience.

Ziering, 49, told "Good Morning America" that he lost 25 pounds for the debut.

"I had a vision board to see the weight I want to be," he said.  "I had the playing cards of all the Chippendales' guys up there so it was very motivating."

Ziering said to GMA that the dieting was tough but his wife Erin Kristine and his 2 daughters made going to the gym less of a priority. He said to GMA that he ate strictly protein for five days then he started to eat carbs and vegetables too.

Ziering, who has an infant daughter and 2-year-old daughter with his wife, Erin Kristine Ludwig,

"As the weight came off, the flirty texts started to appear," Ziering said of his wife's.  "A little more sugar, if you know what I mean."

Ziering said that his 90210 co-stars have joked they are going to attend. Jason Priestly, Luke Perry and Jennie Garth have all said they'd like to attend, Ziering said.

"I've got to get a call to Shannen [Doherty] and Gabrielle [Carteris] and the other girls...maybe I can get them out here to have a party," he said to USA Today.

Ziering will appear on Thursday to Saturdays until June 30 at Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino.

'I approach my career seriously, but I don't take myself too seriously,' Ian told Las Vegas Weekly. "I'll be displaying more of an edge, and in a very sexual way. I'm hoping that will alter the focus and opinion of me from a lot of people."
