Sharon Osbourne has been the subject of much media attention lately, as her famous rock 'n' roll husband Ozzy Osbourne was reportedly abusing prescription pills.

Sharon revealed on The Talk Tuesday that she was "devastated" when she found out that he was back on the drug train.

Still, she maintained they were not going to get a divorce.

The 60 year-old wife got deep about Ozzy's recent post on Facebook last week that detailed his drinking and drug issues that had gotten worse in the past 18 months, according to a Daily Mail article.

"For the last year and a half," he wrote, " I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an a*****e to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober. Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I'm just trying to be a better person."

Ozzy allegedly began a drug bender upon learning that his bandmate Tony Iommi had been diagnosed with lymphoma about 18 months ago.

"I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period," he continued. "And my fans. God Bless, Ozzy."

"I never know he was using prescription drugs," Sharon said on the talk show, sitting between the four hosts. "I knew he was drinking occasionally, but didn't realize to the extent. I am devastated right now. It's a disease that not only hurts the person who has the disease, but it hurts the family. It hurts people who love you."

Ozzy has struggled with drugs and alcohol since he was younger; living like a rock star, surrounded constantly by vices of all sorts, Ozzy has been in and out of various rehabilitation centers for years.

Still, Sharon made a point to ensure the public knew she and her husband were going to stay together, despite the relapse.
