When the name Kardashian comes up in conversation or the media, the three sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe come to mind, but this time, it is the youngest of the original-clan, Rob, that is making the news.

Reports coming from TMZ claim that the "shirtless-reality-show star," who has visibly gain a few extra pounds over the last few months, got extremely frustrated when a female photographer took his picture in Beverly Hills, at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Moreno Drive.

The 26-year-old is accused of robbery after "the paparazzi alleged that while she was photographing Rob Kardashian, he grabbed her camera and removed the memory card. During the struggle, the paparazzi also stated that she was struck in the face by Rob Kardashian," the Beverly Hills Police Department said in a statement.

It appears that he is a little sensitive about his weight gain and how it is affecting/effecting his public image, TMZ reports "that he is in the middle of losing weight."

Though Kardashian hasn't officially responded to the accusations Beverly Hills Police said that an investigation into the assault is currently ongoing, reported Inquisitr.

What won't help him win innocent points, as far as the public is concerned, is how his ex-girlfriend Rita Ora suggested earlier this month that he is mentally unstable.

The interview came after Kardashian unleashed a series of rants on Twitter directed at the 22-year-old singer.

"When you are involved with someone for a while and they decide to express their feelings to the public, well, that's not my personal way of therapy but I guess everyone takes split-ups differently," she explained. "You should have to sit an exam before you go on Twitter. To see if you're mentally stable," according to Inquisitr.
