After claiming that he is fine, Justin Bieber (or his many handlers) have decided to cancel one of his upcoming Believe tour stops in Lisbon, Portugal.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second operation, in Portugal, on 12 March," a representative confirmed to E! News. "The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on 11 March."

The message also instructed fans who purchased tickets for the concert on how to get their money back: "Holders of tickets valid for March 12 should contact the respective place of purchase to receive a refund within 30 days of the date of the scheduled concert, which ends April 11."

This event is just one of many moments the 19-year-old pop sensation would like to forget while on his "Euro Trip."

While in London, preforming at the O2 arena, he fainted backstage and had to take a 20-minute break to receive oxygen. He was then rushed to the hospital.

The next day, an angry, F-bomb-dropping Bieber was photographed lunging toward photographers while being restrained by his bodyguard.

"Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me," he tweeted afterward. "Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human."

He also happened to, in his own words, celebrate  his "worst birthday" in the British capital, bristling when pal Jaden Smith, the 14-year-old son of Will Smith, was turned away from London's Cirque du Soir nightclub. Outside on the street, Bieber removed his shirt, prompting actress Olivia Wilde -- who wasn't there for the festivities to tweet: "Justin Bieber, put your f---ing shirt on."

He is still scheduled to go to at least six other European countries in the coming weeks.
