Coming off her heroics at the Academy Awards, by rushing to the aid of a security guard suffering from a seizure, the 37-year-old actress is rumored to be in discussion to start a new denim line.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Theron is shopping around the idea for a Theron Jeans line, to be sold in major retail outlets. It appears that Theron will only lend her name to the line, and the actually act of designing the clothing will be left to celebrity stylist Leslie Fremar.

The "second most powerful Hollywood stylist in the world" (according to THR), Fremar has worked for a great many starlets including Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson and, of course, Theron.

While a rep for Theron wouldn't confirm the story, it wouldn't surprise us too much. Most A-list actors have snagged themselves a fragrance (Jennifer Aniston), a cosmetics line (Salma Hayek) or a clothing line of some sort. Charlize has already proven her fashion world cred [sic] with her long-running Dior campaigns, so perhaps she figured it was time to slap her own name on a product.

This will be Theron's second foray into fashion. The actress has collaborated regularly with TOMS footwear to benefit several charities,. Including her own Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, an AIDS awareness program that Theron launched in South Africa in 2007.

"We have very similar philosophies and I think, you know, I think our passion lies with youth," Charlize Theron said of the partnership. "And I think when we got together that we saw great opportunity to enhance each other's dreams of change in a way that might not have been able to happen if we didn't partner," according to idesigntimes.com.

Theron's next film will be the highly touted and anticipated Mad Max remake, "Mad Max: Fury Road."
