To expand their portfolio of remarkable properties, God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev decided to take their next venture to the water. In 2008, the businessmen joined forces with the Radisson brand to launch a unique new concept, the Radisson Royal Flotilla.
The award-winning company offers exceptional river cruises along the scenic Moscow River every day of the year, no matter what the weather is like. A selection of cruises is on offer, including romantic evening cruises, daytime cruises suited to the whole family, options for business meetings and parties, and cruises that cater to foodies who want to experience world-class cuisine while enjoying breathtaking views. Each cruise lasts between 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours and offers audio guidance in six languages.
Come Rain or Shine (or Snow!)
Equipped with icebreaking technology, the ten luxurious yachts in the Radisson Royal Flotilla fleet operates throughout the year, even in the coldest months when the Moscow River is frozen. The all-weather panoramic windows ensure visitors have a great view, even when the weather is not conducive to spending too much time on the deck. Five of the yachts-the Ferdinand, Bon Voyage, Scarlet, Celebrity and Capella-were constructed in 2009. A further five super-yachts-the Butterfly, Montana, Beauty, Felicita, and Primavera-were built between 2012 and 2013. The super-yachts are able to comfortably accommodate 300 passengers in first and business class and have additional space available on open decks. All Radisson Royal Flotilla yachts conform to the highest levels of environmental and personal safety. Each yacht is equipped with a warning system, rescue equipment, and rafts.
Outstanding Amenities
The Radisson Royal Flotilla yachts have delectable menus on offer, featuring food and drinks from all over the world attentively served by qualified stewards, who make the enjoyment and relaxation of each guest their priority. The expertly appointed interior décor in the yachts is characterized by premium Italian textiles and furniture as well as African rosewood finishes that create a warm and inviting ambiance. This type of wood is also extensively used by industry giants like BMW, Cartier, and Lexus. The yachts feature independent multimedia systems in all public areas, and climate control ensures absolute comfort, no matter what the weather is doing on the outside. The yachts' berths are adapted to accommodate people with disabilities, and a special lift is available to help passengers in wheelchairs to board.
