A pregnant Kate Middleton and her husband, Prince William, have been enjoying a getaway from London in the stunning island of Mustique in the Caribbean. Now, in a breach of privacy, Italian gossip magazine, Chi is publishing photos of Kate in a bikini on the beach, clearly pregnant.

"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas," a spokesman of St James's Palace said to The Daily Mail.

Chi magazine notoriously published topless photos of Kate Middleton this past fall in Chateau D'Autet in southern France which caused widespread controversy and anger over the royal and her family's privacy. In 2006, Chi also published photos of dying Princess Diana which was taken by one of the paparazzi who was pursuing her before her crash in 1997.

The photo in Chi  shows 31-year-old Kate walking on a private beach with William.

Kate is on vacation with her family, including sister Pippa and parents Carole and Michael.

Paparazzi aren't allowed on the island since it is a private island making it a popular spot for celebrities. Other celebrities such as David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Amy Winehouse.

Mustique is one of the most luxurious vacation spots in the world.  In the 1960s Lord Glenconner gave the Queen's sister, Princess Margaret, a 10 acre area of land as a wedding present, which was the island.

"Princess Margaret commissioned theatrical designer, Oliver Messel, to build her a villa, Les Jolies Eaux. She adored Mustique because it was somewhere she could let her hair down away from prying eyes and public scrutiny," reported The Daily Mail.

In 1989 the island became a private limited company, The Mustique Company, with only about 100 home owners as shareholders on the island.

The Mirror reported that the photos of bikini-clad pregnant Kate could get £250,000 for them. It is not clear whether or not the photographer was on the island. Other photos show Kate's sister Pippa also in a bikini.

They are reportedly staying at a gorgeous luxury villa on the island that costs £19,000-a-week, reported The Daily Mail.  The villa is reportedly a a £5million, five-bedroom mansion.

In December Kate revealed she was pregnant with her first child, due in July. Not even eight weeks after into her pregnancy she was taken to the the hospital for acute morning sickness and diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum.
