GameStop has gotten new stocks of the Nintendo Switch, while Best Buy and Toys R'Us will be getting theirs on April 28. The new shipments of the popular console is a good timing as Nintendo is about to launch the "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe" game for the Switch.

According to a report from GameSpot, retail store GameStop announced on April 26 that a new shipment of the in-demand console arrived in their stores. The company, though, said they only received "limited supply" of the Nintendo Switch, which means people will have to act fast to get their hands on one.

Eric Bright, GameStop's senior director of merchandising, said that the arrival of their latest shipment is a "perfect timing" for them because it comes just days before "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe" launches. "This is truly an amazing pairing of the latest in Nintendo technology innovation with a classic, iconic game," he said.

The report said that Nintendo will be launching "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe" on April 28 and it is said to be one of the company's high-profile release for the Nintendo Switch. It's expected to help attract more buyers into the new console.

GameStop is offering a $200 credit for people who will trade in their PlayStation 4, Xbox One, 3DS, or Wii U and use the credit to buy a Switch and the promo is available until April 30. For people who won't be lucky to get their hands on the popular console at GameStop can still do so at Best Buy and Toys R'Us.

GameZone reports that both retail stores will be getting new shipments of Nintendo Switch on April 28. Best Buy and Toys R'Us will release the new shipment alongside Nintendo's new video game.

The number of available units wasn't mentioned, but the report suggests that people be there when the stores open to ensure that they'll get their hands on the Nintendo Switch and the "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe." Check out the overview trailer for the latest game that Nintendo will launch.
