Continuing the highly anticipated Whole Cake Island Arc of the hit anime series "One Piece," the focus reverts back to Luffy and the rest of the Sanji Retrieval Team as they head out to infiltrate Big Mom's territory.

As a pirate food shortage and hunger is part of their everyday lives, the Straw Hats is no exemption especially that they have no chef around and the crew has an insatiable hunger. They resorted to fish for their own food however their catch smelled fishy in both literal and figurative ways.

"One Piece" Episode 784 titled "Zero and Four! Encountering Germa 66!" kicked off with Luffy hauling a humongous purple fish from the boiling sea. Thanks to the crazy weather conditions of the New World. Instinctively, Nami, Brook, and Chopper sensed that the fish is somehow inedible but Luffy claimed that there are no such thing as inedible fish. As a doctor, Chopper was compelled to check if the fish is really good for consumption or not.

According to Anime News Network, Chopper rummaged through Sanji's locker for the fish encyclopedia only to be knocked over by Sanji's huge magazine collection of girls. When he managed to finally dig up the fish encyclopedia, he found out the fish's skins was extremely poisonous. He hurriedly told his friends about the hazard posed by the fish only the find out that Luffy is already munching the slimy poisonous skin.

The book says that the poison causes instant death to anyone who consumes it but we all know that Luffy developed resistance to poisons following his near-death encounter with Magellan. The poison took time before it overcame Luffy and his powerful antibodies are not enough to stop the poison from spreading further into his system. Their antidotes on their ship are not enough to treat Luffy and they are left with no other choice but to find the nearest island to gather herbs and treat the captain.

As they entered Big Mom's territory, they encountered another problem in the form of a massive ship that turned out be owned by the world renowned Germa 66. On the deck is a caped man that highly resembles Sanji but revealed himself to be Vinsmoke Yonji. He said that his relationship to Sanji is highly confidential but the Straw Hats easily cracked that he is Sanji's younger brother as reported by Fandom Post.

Sanji's signature swirly eyebrow is present in Yonji but it is not the only characteristics that run in the Vinsmoke brothers as Yonji is shown to be a ladies man when he saw Nami. The Straw Hats begged for antidotes to save Luffy but he coldheartedly refused. "One Piece" Episode 784 ended with Vinsmoke Reiju kicking his brother off the ship and jumping aboard the Thousand Sunny and apologizing to the Straw Hats for his brother's improper behavior.
