Brad Pitt's ex-wife Angelina Jolie has finally found a home to settle with her six children. She purchased a 1916 mansion in Hollywood formerly owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille. It is a 6-bedroom luxury mansion built on the largest and highest lot in Laughlin Park. The home worth $24.95 million has panoramic views that extend from the Griffith Observatory to the Pacific Ocean.

Real Estate reported that the property is situated high above lawns, flower gardens, and mature trees with ample space for her children to move around. It is located in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles where stars like W.C. Fields and Charlie Chaplin used to live. Former owner DeMille lived in Angelina Jolie's new haven until his death in 1959.

Beverly Hills Magazine reported that the "Maleficent" actress' new home will be nearer to where Brad Pitt stays which purposely for him to facilitate regular visits to the kids. It can be recalled that her elite friends suggested that she stay in London as it is strategic for her UN humanitarian endeavors. It is not known if her decision to settle in LA has something to do with the kids' welfare and Brad Pitt.

Jolie, who remains active in acting and filmmaking, has made the right choice for now. In the long run, her kids will be away from home as she revealed that her plan is for her children to explore the world.

As of now the "By the Sea" couple is waiting for the finalization of their divorce. The A-list actors have come to a decision to stop fighting and work towards a beneficial arrangement for the sake of their children.

Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in September last year after a physical altercation between Pitt and their eldest son Maddox Jolie-Pitt happened aboard a private jet. As of now, no evidence of physical abuse was found that will nail down the "World War Z" actor for child abuse.
