The first trailer of "Outlander" Season 3 has been dropped by Starz network on Sunday. Much before the release of its first teaser trailer, actor Sam Heughan has teased what is coming up in the new season.

As soon as the Starz network dropped the teaser trailer, it was already leaked online, reported Entertainment Weekly. It adds that the clip will be made available to social media online on Monday morning. The report teases some powerful dialogues for Jamie from the leaked trailer. It adds that these dialogues make the teaser very effective in creating the needed impact.

Heughan plays Jamie, departed husband of Claire in the 18th century. In the trailer, he is seen desperately searching for Claire. Meanwhile, the actor has said late last year that being apart from Caitriona Balfe in Outlander Season 3 is like, "having a death in the family," reported Vanity Fair. Talking about the reunion in the new season, he says it is going to be very special.

The curiosity among fans about the costumes featured in the third season of "Outlander" is high. Balfe has told, as per aforementioned source, that it has been a fun experience for her to do the 40s, 50s, and 60s costume-"especially the 60s-it was just such fun."

Terry Dresbach is the one who designed some of the costumes. Balfe says that "I asked her to make me doubles of some things." Fans are also curious to know whether Claire will look aged in the new season. For them, the report shares a small scoop. When Balfe was shooting in South Africa she told the outlet that "The aging has been really subtle."

Meanwhile, Season 2 introduced actress Sophie Skelton as Brianna. This new season is reported to feature her story and how she grew up with Frank and Claire. But most importantly, it is about how Jamie and Claire reunite after facing a long period of separation.

This time-travel series is set to premiere on Starz network in September. The third season of "Outlander" will deal with Claire and Jamie's life after their separation. It is based on Diana Gabaldon's third book "Voyager."
