Giovanna Plowman is a young girl who gained fame on the Internet for supposedly sucking on her own dirty tampon in a video. However many are questioning whether or not stunt was fake.
Giovanna Plowman uploaded a video of herself to her Facebook page on January 19 in which she appears to remove a tampon off camera and puts the dirty female hygeine product in her mouth and sucks on it. The video has since been deleted from Facebook and several copies were removed from YouTube, but it can still be found.

The video has sparked an unusual series of events and comments on the Internet.
Some think the tampon wasn't actually bloody and that it was only dipped in kool-aid and tomato sauce or some other product. However many think it was real and that someone is capable of doing something so disgusting.
A supposed Facebook page for Giovanna Plowman has been flooded with statuses which indicate that Plowman did the stunt just for fame.
"OMG! SO I JUST FOUND OUT IM GOING TO BE ON TOSH.O!!! one of daniel tosh's agents got ahold of me and said they would love to have me and my video on there show! This is amazing. Like i never thought it would get this big. And of course ill be going," one status reads.
Many have replied and bullied the teen for her antics. Chronicle claims that the bullying was so bad that Plowman killed herself, but no other sources can confirm this.
There are also several Giovanna Plowman Twitter accounts. One of them, @ItsGiovannaP seems to be a troll account as the user continues to make jokes that seem too bizarre to be real. The Giovanna Plowman Facebook page claims that this Twitter account is indeed a fake and that her real Twitter account is @giovannap13.
The whole situation seems very strange and it may just be another stunt by Internet trolls who love to play pranks on the web.
Whether it is real or not, hundreds of people are reacting. There are already Giovanna Plowman, the "Tampon Girl" memes and several reaction videos have been posted to YouTube.
