After five years, the "Mass Effect" mania will be back with all new characters and it will take place in a galaxy called Andromeda. The previous trilogy has been a huge success worldwide and it is also critically acclaimed because of its amazing narrative, character development, voice acting, setting, and gameplay experience. Now, a new game will be added into the franchise titled "Mass Effect: Andromeda" and it is set on the year 2185 between the events of the second and third game.

The game's story will revolve in the migration of the four Citadel Council races to populate other worlds in the Andromeda Galaxy that will be called the Andromeda Initiative. The main protagonist of the series will be either Scott or Sara Ryder depending on the player's choice. They will serve as recruits that will help humanity's leader Alec Ryder in finding a new home for them.

According to PC Games N, the upcoming game introduces a new alien race called the Angara that is indigenous to the Helius Cluster. The Angaras became slaves after their species have made contact with another race which resulted into a drawn-out war. They are weary against the other races of the Andromeda Initiative as they saw them as strangers.

An Angaran resistance fighter named Jaal will be joining the players squad to make sure that the actions of the humans will not cause any harm to their race. They are a very emotional species that is very honest with their feelings.

In other reports, the game's developer Bioware has finally released some information regarding the multiplayer content of the "Mass Effect: Andromeda." Unlike the "Mass Effect 3" multiplayer, players will not be required to play the multiplayer version to unlock story options in the single player mode as reported by Gamespot. Instead, the new game features the Strike Teams that can exist in single player and multiplayer modes.

The Strike Team are a squad of soldiers at the player's command that can fulfill less important missions. However, they will accomplish the assigned missions in real-time which varies depending on the difficulty. There are also exceptionally harder missions called the Apex Missions that will be too hard for Strike Teams if they're not upgraded.

To accomplish this missions, players can do it themselves in multiplayer solo or with other friends online. "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is set to release on March 21 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
