"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" is an anime series to be released this coming April 5, 2017. The TV series is being supervised by the original manga series writer Ukyō Kodachi. Last Sunday, the trailer for the anime was just released which has made "Naruto" fans worldwide so psyched.

The series will be co-directed by Noriyuki Abe and Hiroyuki Mashita. Makoto Uezu is in charge of writing the series with its animation to be produced by Pierrot animation, film studio. As per Comicbook, they reported that this March is a month to bid farewell to one good piece of anime history. "Naturo Shippuden" will be releasing its last episode and will be wrapping up a total 10+ show run.

This is a bitter end to Masashi Kishimoto's series where Naruto Uzumaki's journeys will wrap up. On the bright side, the sadness will surely be replaced by another saga that might possibly fulfill the excitement "Naruto Shippuden" has given their fans. This is made possible by the upcoming "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" anime adaptation. The said series will be starting after the end of Kishimoto's Shonen manga, and the star of the show is no one other than Boruto Uzumaki.

Boruto was already hinted to fans in a recent film where he is teamed up with some genin ninjas. The film where he first appeared was entitled "Boruto: Naruto the Movie." The main protagonist is Boruto and he strives to succeed in the Chunin Exams so that he can face his father Naruto Uzumaki. However, the upcoming series will be set in a different timeline, which was then justified by Noriyuki Abe.

According to iDigital Times, the anime adaptation will be portrayed in a different arc where both manga readers and anime lovers can savor the excitement at the same time. That being said, most of the "Naruto Shippuden" fans will surely have something to replace the thrill they had with that long-running anime, all thanks to "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations."
