Two elderly nuns have gone to court to stop the sale of a property in Los Angeles which they claim is the property of their order. Sister Rita Callanan, 78, and Sister Rose Catherine Holzman, 86 claim that the property which Katy Perry wants to purchase was theirs.

The two nuns that belong to the Order of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary have asked the help of the pope to decide on the issue. The old convent was the former home of the order but was claimed by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles as their own and wants to sell it to Perry.

The nuns are also selling the property to a restaurateur and not to Perry because they find her disgusting and into witchcraft. The nuns claim that the singer has joined the Salem Witch Walk in 2014. However, the "Roar" singer denied it. But a photo of the 32-year-old singer during the walk was published in Daily Mail.

The Order moved in when the mansion was bequeathed to them by Donohue, the former owner. According to the nuns, they paid Donahue $600,000 and so they believe that the property is theirs.

The nuns learned in 2014 that the Archdiocese has planned to sell the property to a certain Kate Hudson but later they found out that it was the real name of Perry. In 2015, the singer visited the nuns on the property and told them that she wants to live in the property, drink tea, and enjoy the view. The nuns does not want Perry to purchase the property because of her lifestyle besides they already have a buyer.

The court will give its decision through the Los Angeles Superior court Judge Stephanie Bowick on April 4. Will Katy Perry be able to purchase the prime property? Stay tuned for updates on the court's decision.
