The waiting is almost over for the "Rick and Morty" season 3 fans. It has been revealed by the writer of the series, Mike McMahan that the production of the highly anticipated show is about to complete its episodes. Apparently, there will be 14 new episodes that viewers should expect from this Adult Swim series and its return date is very much near.

For the past weeks, fans appeared frustrated and felt being played on whether or not "Rick and Morty" season 3 is still coming back on air. There was once a video released by Adult Swim Australia which made fans excited but later on, they found out that it was just a joke. Such video disappointed fans since it wasn't a season 3 teaser as promised.

It can also be recalled that McMahan posted a photo of the script and even added that the voiceover for the series had already begun. Fans were checking a lot for the updates and it is good to know that the creative team is already waiting for the animation team to finish and voice over to complete, Den of Geek reported.

Fans were generally seeking for answers, asking for Harmon for the real status of the series. Some of the fans already posted memes that they were being played by someone whom they seek answers for with regards to the real score of the series. Thus, this made co-creator Dan Harmon make a confirmation that the series is about to return, MStar News reported.

Fans will just wait for its airing since Adult Swim already had the premiere date at hand. McMahan also added a post on his Twitter account saying, "And that's a wrap for me on "Rick and Morty" season 3! You guys are going to love it". Such confirmation definitely means that the wait is almost over and it is will be all worth it.
