Those who remember using the "Nokia 3310" will only have fond memories of it. The phone, as you may already know, has been revived, and it kicked off during the Mobile World Congress kicked off in Barcelona earlier this week.

The original "Nokia 3310" was released in 2000 and it was immensely popular. It sold 126 million units worldwide - making it one of the best-selling mobile phones, Mirror said. The phone's popularity can be attributed to its impressive battery life and the highly addictive game "Snake."

And then, almost two decades after, the phone has been revived, which caused a lot of excitement. According to Techradar, if you are looking for a back-up handset, festival phone or just a simple retro buy, the new "Nokia 3310" is for you.

The new Retro phone is set at around $40, £35, AU$55 or €49, which means it's the perfect option for a secondary phone. Compared to the original "Nokia 3310", the new one is slimmer and brighter and it's more fragile. When it comes to display, it's not going to be black and white just like before, but screen will be in color and the screen is larger.

Another difference is the camera. The original didn't have one, but this one has a 2MP camera. You won't be taking a lot of pictures with it, that's for sure, but you will be happy to know that the battery life is still great. It lasts up to 22 hours and a month on standby mode. The phone is going to be a cost-effective purchase.

The new "Nokia 3310" has an Opera browser, a flashlight, and an MMS imaging capability. Also, you can play games like "Asphalt 6," and of course, "Snake." There is no release date announced yet, but expect it to be available around April to June.
