A video was leaked allegedly showing Samsung Galaxy S8. Here is what we know so far about the upcoming South Korean flagship phone in terms of price, features, specs, and possible release date to name a few.

Very recently, 9to5 Google first spotted a video allegedly showing Samsung Galaxy S8. The leaked video now widely circulating over the Internet gives us a glimpse of what the upcoming phone would certainly look like. The video gave us a quick peek since the clip is very short. It makes us appreciate the upcoming phone's dazzling design. Its flowing curves covered the massive curved display pleasantly.

In addition, the video revealed all sorts of sensors including what appears to be an iris scanner. It confirmed as well that Samsung Galaxy S8 would ditch the capacitive keys and hardware when it showed a more streamlined navigation bar. Furthermore, there is a third key on the right, the symbol could unpredictably represent two apps in split-screen mode, so it is most probably for multitasking. It could also be the recently speculated Bixby AI assistant.

As heavily speculated, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 will come in two sizes. It will have a 5.7-inch device and a 6.2-inch device called the S8 plus. These models reportedly will be equipped with a Snapdragon 835 processor. In addition, both will have a 3.5mm headphone socket, a 12-megapixel iris-scanning technology, and rear-facing camera.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S8 plus will have a superior battery. Allegedly, the massive model will have a 3,750 mAh battery. The smaller model, on the other hand, will have a 3,250 mAh battery. Moreover, the larger device will also have a QHD Super AMOLED screen that will use up 83 percent of the device's front panel.

According to a Korean website English ET, the highly anticipated Samsung flagship phone will be launched at an event in New York on March 29. The pre-order reportedly will start on April 13. The alleged price for the Samsung Galaxy S8 plays around $849.
