Alleged series of leaked photos of Samsung Galaxy S8 have been published online. Is this really the Galaxy S8?

An online user who posted the said leaked photos on Twitter on Tuesday, Feb. 21, is named Ice Universe. The user claimed he is from a Chinese manufacturer of screen protectors.

The account has been questioned as the user did not use a real photo of him. He used a side-glancing cat in a cyan collar as its avatar and the account is less than month old and has no record or prior leaking.

As of writing this article, the authenticity of the leaker's claim has not been verified yet. However, SamMobile, a devoted site is tracking all things Samsung-related, according to Fortune. By the way, Fortune also sent a ivate message to the alleged leaker. However, he did not reply.

Meanwhile, Ice Universe's photos show that the alleged Galaxy S8 is larger, and apparently all-glass display and slimmer boundaries at the top and bottom. The said phone sports a curved glass edges, as originally debuted on the Galaxy S7 Edge.

In a closer look, it also appeared it ditches physical navigation buttons, such as "home" and "back." However, it has a headphone jack.

Galaxy S8 has been rumored to be available in the market on March 29. However, it not still confirmed because of a delay from the Note 7 recall. Some publications suspect it may be introduced at Mobile World Congress 2017, which will be held starting Feb. 26.

Galaxy S8 price is around £650 or $800, suspected by Expert Reviews. There could be a price hike due to Brexit, according to the source. That's why the handset is rumored to be sold for £650 in the United Kingdom.
