Singer-rapper Sean Kingston and American hip hop group Migos made headlines in Las Vegas on Tuesday, February 21 but it was far from being a happy event.  TMZ reports that Kingston initially got into an argument with Migos outside the the Sands Expo and Convention Center.  The brawl turned from bad to ugly when Kingston's camp retaliated with a gunshot after Migos allegedly beat up the 27-year-old musician.

According to NY Daily News, the two camps clashed due to fellow rapper Soulja Boy but no one could confirm what exactly were they fighting about. There are speculations, however, that it might have a connection with a social media incident last year. Kingston taunted Migos member Quavo on Instagram for allegedly backing out of a fight with Soulja Boy.

"I was right there. (Soulja) said pull-up, I want to fight one-on-one. This s--t ain't have to go to no social media," the rapper ranted. "It was no point where (Quavo) ain't show up, it's like okay, he want to go in," wrote Kingston in his post which he eventually deleted.

It was not clear how long the Vegas brawl lasted, but both camps were gone when the police arrived at the fight scene. The cops were able to track down Kingston shortly after and invited him for further questioning regarding the incident.

While it was not clear whether or not Migos was likewise detained by the police to shed light on the matter, it was apparent that the authorities did not find enough reason to make Kingston spend the night in jail. TMZ also reported that Kingston posted a video clip later in the day gloating that he had no bruises on his face.

"You can't keep a good man down," Kingston rejoiced in a sing-song voice. "Look at your boy man.  Look like I got jumped? S--t, I'm as smooth as motherf--ing ice," bragged the "Beautiful Girls" singer.

It wasn't always bad blood between the two rappers though.  Way before the taunts and fights, Kingston, in fact, collaborated with Migos early last year.  Together they produced a remix version of Kingston's "All I got" single in line with his "Redemption" album.
