Opened in September 21, 2004, the National Museum of the American Indian is dedicated in honor of the life, history, literature and heritage of the Native Americans from more than 12,000 years of the record. Taos Pueblo

The Gathering of Nations aims to commemorate and uphold the indigenous tradition and heritage of the Native American culture. There are more than 3,000 performers from different tribes that battle for the drum and dance competitions, traditional song, back-up singing, as well as the title for the annual Miss Indian World.

Crow Fair (Montana)

The Crow Fair is also known as the "giant family reunion under the Big Sky". Established in 1904 by an agent of the Indian government, the Crow Fair was made to gather the Crow Tribe of Indians and was known to be the teepee capital of the world as the event draws together more than 1,500 teepees in just a single site.
