"Costume Quest" is one of the newest animated series which was originally based on a game that was conceptualized by Tasha Sounart and was further developed by Double Fine. This animated series is finally coming to Amazon by next year which will straight come from the Frederator Studios.

Aside from being a video game counterpart, "Costume Quest" will still tell a story of certain kids which will face off dark forces in the shadows of their sleepy town known as Auburn Pines. They will also don Halloween costume that will grant these children different powers, Paste Magazine reported.

Further, it was Zac Gorman, who also wrote and designed the characters and plot for the show. This animated series was directed by Pat McHale (Adventure Time, Over the Garden Wall) last year. It was also for two years now since the Frederator posted on Facebook for the pilot's voice over work by four actual kids.

It was indeed Gorman who had previously explored the universe of "Costume Quest" since 2014 when they had first released their first-ever graphic novel. Their book was focused on Klem which happened to be a misunderstood misfit member of the threatening Grubbins from the first game.

As per Game Spot, the Frederator finally shared their news that confirmed the release of this anime series to the Amazon Prime Members. At some point, they will have to wait in 2018. In addition, the Frederator also had posted on their website by thanking various people who were involved in this making. Moreover, they also had taken into notes that soon writers will also be revealed on its future date.

For their casts, it will feature voices of acting veterans like Kevin Michael Richardson, Sam Marin, Rob Paulsen, and Frank Welker. The Amazon has further described the series as "aimed at six to 11-year olds" which principle seemed to be so similar with that of the games.
