NBC intend to launch Megyn Kelly on its daytime show this fall. It is a morning show which will feature the former Fox news primetime anchor and who has rose from fame through her experiences as an attorney. By fall, NBC has yet to decide on the official time slot of the program. However, they are focusing intently on having the show in between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

"Today" has been known as NBC network's respected morning franchise and the plan for Kelly's appearance is about to coalesce. The NBC channel is pretty much willing to allot an hour in order to devote into its long-time running morning show. According to Variety, the channel is going to make room for Kelly's show. However, they have yet to decide whether to use the title "Today" or whether to have Kelly's own distinct identification.

It will be expected that Kelly will be officially part of NBC family on May after she left Fox News Channel after wrapping up January 6 broadcast of her program. It can be recalled that Kelly's move from Fox to NBC has been one of the biggest TV news story this year. Accordingly, NBC News is somewhat pressured since they're dealing with a high-price hire for Kelly, Deadline reported.

On the other hand, Fox News did not miss a bit after losing Kelly after it moved to a different channel since somebody also took over her on their spot with increasing numbers. Apparently, Kelly will also have her new chance to shine every morning in her proposed time slot on NBC.

Further, the NBC channel will take time to work out the details of the morning franchise as they targeted it to launch until fall. Launching this new show can somehow help the channel what has long been the challenge in the TV business industry.
