Madonna, a popular pop icon, defends herself in her recent comment at the Women's March. Her feisty and expletive speech has brought social media abuzz. The singer mentioned in the Washington D.C. on Saturday that she had been angry at times after the election where President Trump won and she had thought about lots of awful things like blowing up the White House.

In her recent statement posted on her Instagram account, the singer icon emphasized that she was only trying to express her point of view that there are two ways to respond to Donald Trump's election; and that is with hope and outrage. But however, she said that she will be hoping to effect change with love, USA Today reported.

According to the "Only Love!" actress, she does not promote violence and that people should pay attention on the totality of the speech than on the phrase that was only taken out wildly from it. There were several cable news networks which had broadcast her speech while cutting away some of its words thus showing Madonna to used several expletive words.

She had really made into headlines when she took the stage prior to the rally and dropped off bombs like denouncing the president with her provocative language. At some point in her speech, the singer icon also admitted that she has really thought of blowing the place where the president lives due to her anger towards the real estate mogul, US Magazine reported.

On January 22, Madonna posted on her Instagram account that she only wanted to capture her frustration and use is as a tool of encouragement to women and all marginalized people not to fall in despair. However, her choice of words was made out of anger. She had used metaphor and has spoken in two ways; wherein one was hopeful and on the other hand, she was feeling her anger.
