Three months from now, the seventh season of Game of Thrones will be aired and will have fans hold on tightly to their seats. Meanwhile, for those who can't wait, try going to Blood & Wine, a A GoT-inspired pop up bar in Edinburgh.

Organized by The Pop Up Geeks, the group decided to host a unique and immersive drinking experience themed around the Gaelic world of Scotland. In their Facebook Page, Pop Up Geeks posted, "First up, it's Blood & Wine, inspired by George R.R Martin's epic, A Song of Ice and Fire series."

"Winter is here so we'll be stepping into a toasty warm tavern, partaking in a little meat and mead and hoping that our heads stay firmly on our shoulders. Our menu consists entirely of drinks mentioned, drunk, thrown or poisoned in the novels or the show. So if you've ever sat and wondered what Myrish Firewine, Imp's Delight or Arbor Gold taste like, now's your chance!"

Indeed it was. The group opened the bar on Jan. 4 underneath the pub Daylight Robbery, giving out an ambiance of that old Westeros look with its stone walls and cellar atmosphere.

Drinks from the bar were highly inspired from George R.R. Martin's imagination. Blood & Wine 'boasts of a selection of wines, ales, spirits and infusions from Tyroshi Pear Brandy to the Old Bears Hot Spiced Wine.' You can also try to taste their meads or the Volantis Sweet Red or Lys the Lovely from Essos.

Frey Pies are also being served and no, it's not made and served by Sansa or Manderly Stark, so you can trust the group to bake it for you, yes? Roasts are available and some lemon cakes if you can't take out Sansa's scene out of your head.

The Pop Up Geeks have decided to extend the bar up until February 23 instead of the previous Jan. 26 due to popular demands. Which means, you can still catch them for more than a month! Blood & Wine opens on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting from 5 PM.
