President Barack Obama will spend his last day in office on January 20 before turning it over formally to Donald Trump. Meanwhile, he and his family have spent their last holiday home in Windward Oahu, Hawaii in December and now, it's up for rent at $4,500 per night.

The Obamas have stayed in several of Hawaii homes, but the one house they stayed during his term as president in 2008 and 2011 is up for grabs. Called as the Plantation Estate at Paradise Point, the house has long been a favorite by Hawaiian royalties according to Hawaiian News Now.

It was later bought by missionary group Samuel Castle and still stands today as one of the grandest beach resorts in the world. Last holiday season, it is reported that the place along the Kailua beach was hosted again by the Obama family and of the Secret Service agents.

Details of the house include a 6,000-square-foot Plantation Estate 'home with lagoon-style pool, several waterfalls and lanais, native Hawaiian plants and coconut trees, and an outside wet bar - all behind a seven-foot lava wall,' says Top Ten Real Estate Deals. The Master home has five bedrooms and six baths, gourmet kitchen, a 60-inch flat screen TV, stained-glass windows and lots of mahogany.

'Paradise Point is a perfect location for the most elegant, tropical homes on Oahu with views to Kailua Beach and the Mokulua Islands,' the site reveals. President Obama spent most of his time playing golf and walk along local beaches with his family.

Obama wrapped up his last vacation as president in Hawaii. The Associated Press reports that the family stayed on the island more than two weeks in Oahu, where Obama grew up while having meetings with Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for a visit to Pearl Harbor. This two-week trip serves as an annual tradition the family has held over the years.
