With flowing crimson hair, unnaturally huge doe eyes and a teeny-tiny waist, Anastasiya Shpagina,19, from Ukraine is making internet notoriety as a "real-life anime girl."

The anime obsessed Shpagina looks like a Japanese cartoon character with the help of stragically placed makeup and clothing that are uncanny to popular cartoons such as "Sailor Moon."

Her Facebook page has over 10,000 likes and her YouTube "Flower Fairy" makeup tutorial video has over 500,000 views. The Daily Mail reported that Shpagina has created a Japanese name, Fukkacumi, to further add to the persona. They also reported that the 5 ft 2 inch tall Shpagina is only approximately 85 pounds and spends 30 minutes on each eye to create the anime, doe eyed look.

Shpagina is not the first to enhance her looks to seem more like a character. Venus Angelic made internet fame due in part to her character transformations via YouTube and American Dakota Rose, who is also know as Kotokoti is known as being the "real life Barbie." Dakota also has YouTube video tutorials to perfect the Barbie look. Chinese model Tina Leopard also had her 15 seconds of fame due to her striking anime look and fellow Ukranian Valeria Lukyanova also made headlines because of her anime-like features.

It seems that Anastasia and Valeria have hung out in the past as she posted a few photos on her Facebook page of the two together:
