Brad Pitt is no longer keeping quiet about what he feels is a noteworthy bad form filing that Angelina Jolie has conferred in their separation procedures. Pitt filed a memorandum to demand to have the divorce documents relating to the care of their youngsters sealed.

According to Independent Journal, Brad Pitt's lawyers want a judge to seal records regarding his and Angelina Jolie's six minor children in their divorce and child custody case. In court papers, Pitt's legal counselors battle Jolie and her lawyers claiming that they are taking a chance with the kids' security while attempting to make him look awful in their filings.

Pitt's lawyers stated in their court papers that making public the names of the children's mental health professionals violated an agreement to protect their privacy. And was part of a document that listed Jolie's visitation guidelines for Pitt.

As reported by Vanityfair, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been battling out in court since they declared their separation a few months ago. Jolie who as of late won essential guardianship to the six kids described precisely how the custody documents are to be kept, yet Pitt hasn't quit battling Jolie in court recently. The memorandum was discharged after Pitt's unique demand for custody documents to be sealed was denied.

According to Jolie's attorney she was not against having the documents sealed but against the movement since Pitt didn't counsel with them before making the demand. A court hearing for the former famous couple has been set at the Los Angeles superior Court for January.

The 41-year-old Jolie petitioned for separation from Pitt 53 years old on Sept. 19th, 2016. The pair had been together since 2004, however, weren't wedded until August 2014 and currently have six youngsters.
